Refund Policy

At QuickVibe, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.  
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, please contact us at support@quickvibe.net with your order number.  
We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Certain products such as personal care or hygiene items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
